CURRENT TAX REPORT
Using a detailed search of your parcel/asset, we provide a thorough assessment of the current tax status. including property addresses, parcel or legal description, agency validation, previous delinquent or sold status, current assessed and market values, tax dues dates and tax payment history. We also include notification of exemptions, abatements, and special taxes. The reports will include:
- Current tax status
- Parcel description(s)
- Payment status of all parcels by taxing entities
- Prior year delinquent and sold details
- Redemption amounts, if any
- Memo bill for current taxes due within 60 days
Summary and exception reports are produced to quickly highlight delinquencies or other issues. All reports are available 24/7 via a dedicated client portal and can be reviewed, downloaded or printed.
We follow up on all parcels after each tax due date to ensure that taxes were paid in a timely manner. Ongoing reports include the original amount due, amount paid, over payment or shortages, due date and payment date. In taxes were unpaid or partially paid, we highlight unpaid amount, penalty and interest, and the payoff date.
Payment validation service is a non-escrow service that that involves confirmation of tax payments within 45 days of each tax due date to ensure that taxes were paid on time. If taxes were not paid or paid incorrectly, we report the amounts through a delinquent tax report, allowing the client to quickly identify potential liabilities.
Through a dedicated account, we can manage payments to tax authorities while ensuring payments are in compliance and posted timely and accurately. Because we take responsibility for making payments, liability for penalties and interest for the client is removed. All payment and refund documents and records are available at any time through the client’s dedicated web portal.
